A family home reimagined as a seamless flow between kitchen, living, and garden. Inspired by the elegance of a New York apartment and the warmth of Perth acreage living, the design combines resort-style outdoor spaces with mindful interiors.

The extension beside the living room creates space for a rotated kitchen, pantry, wine bar, and re-opened cellar. A wide breakfast bar, storage-rich island, and retained window to the deck ensure function and character remain central.

The media room celebrates the existing fireplace as a statement feature, enhanced with natural light and subtle family heritage details.

Outdoors, a large deck becomes the heart of entertaining with a private resort atmosphere, shaded dining, a barbecue pavilion, and garden beds that frame a relocated vegie garden.

Natural finishes, warm earthy tones, and thoughtful insulation create a home that balances comfort, sustainability, and timeless style.
